Fit & Size?
Please be aware that the apparel listed on our website as “FITTED” runs SMALL. When purchasing one of our “FITTED” items, we suggest purchasing one size larger. Please utilize the size charts which are available upon opening each item on the website as they will also help with this sizing process.
How long will it take to get my order?
On average, each order takes 2-3 days to be fulfilled. Once shipped, the standard USPS shipping time for domestic retail deliveries is 3-10 days for standard deliveries. Our site does offer expedited shipping if you need your times delivered faster. Please be advised that due to the pandemic these delivery times may vary. We suggest tracking your packages once you’ve received your shipment email.
Can I change my order once it has been completed?
Due to being a small business, we do not have a wearhouse, and are therefore unable to issue refunds or returns on completed orders. Orders are completed once payment has been finalized.
Can I return/exchange an item?
At Insightful Tees we print every product when it is ordered, and as a result, we are UNABLE TO PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES and RETURNS. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or feel free to send us an inquiry email as all sales are final.

If my items were damaged in transit how will Insightful Tees rectify this?
As soon as you receive your items, please inspect them and contact us immediately if an error was made or the items were damaged upon delivery, we will put forth our best effort at rectifying the problem. Please contact us, along with an attached photo of the damage at insightfultees@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can remedy the problem.
